Astronomy Educator

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Astronomy Educator. The selected candidate will conduct interactive astronomy sessions, develop engaging lesson plans, provide training on astronomy-related tools such as portable planetariums and DIY kits, and inspire curiosity and learning in students. The role involves promoting practical engagement with astronomy topics by fostering hands-on exploration and ensuring the successful delivery of education and outreach programs to schools.

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and structuring engaging educational content
• Experience in Teaching and Education, with a passion for connecting with learners of different age groups
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both students and educators
• Proficiency in providing Training and leading hands-on activities in a classroom or workshop setting
• A background in astronomy, science education, or related fields is highly desirable
• Ability to travel locally and deliver on-site programs at various school locations
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related discipline
