Asterisk Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the latest version of Asterisk and develop IVR and call center applications
• Integrate Asterisk with PSTN, SIP servers, and databases like MySQL and MSSQL
• Utilize EAGI, Fast AGI, and AGI interfaces for advanced Asterisk configurations
• Write and maintain scripts in Shell, Perl, and Python for automation and customization
• Manage hosted VoIP installations and maintain strong knowledge of PBX, SIP, and RTP protocols
• Handle multi-Asterisk server architectures and ensure stable configurations
• Create and manage Dial-plans, Asterisk Gateway Interface, and Asterisk Manager Interface
• Work on Queues, IVR systems, voicemail apps, and handle troubleshooting and installation
• Configure Asterisk with PSTN cards and perform in-depth R&D as needed
• Manage Linux-based environments with LAMP stack and troubleshoot Asterisk issues effectively
