The Assurance Supervisor 1 - Life Sciences will oversee assurance engagements for our life sciences clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead assurance engagements for life sciences clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and analyze financial and operational processes in the life sciences sector.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff in their day-to-day tasks and professional development.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve processes within client organizations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices in life sciences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in assurance, auditing, or consulting within the life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to life sciences.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience with audit software and tools is a plus.
