We are seeking an Assurance Sr Associate 1 specializing in Private Equity Funds to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves conducting audits and providing assurance services to our clients in the private equity sector, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and assurance services for Private Equity Funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the development of audit plans and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders during the audit process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in audit or assurance services, preferably with a focus on Private Equity Funds.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
