Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Specification Manager based in Delhi, India. The role involves analyzing and understanding project requirements, collaborating with architects, consultants, and developers. The Assistant Specification Manager will prepare and recommend suitable product specifications for various projects, support the sales team with technical inputs, and ensure alignment with the company's offerings. Documentation, project follow-ups, and staying updated on industry standards are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of architectural hardware and construction-related specifications
  • Proficiency in technical analysis and preparation of product specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects and consultants
  • Experience in project follow-ups and documentation management
  • Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in sales or technical roles related to construction or architectural products is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
