Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, driven, and result-oriented Assistant Managers and Sales Executives to for real estate sales initiatives.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing client engagement, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
This role demands excellent interpersonal, and the ability to be consistent in achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, referrals, channel partners, and market research.
- Manage and control all sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth completion of closing formalities and handover.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline status.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Experience
- Assistant Sales Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in as a Sales Executive real estate sale.
- Sales Executive: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
