Job Description

Job Title: Asst. Project Manager-MEP Execution

Experience: 7–9 Years of experience in MEP execution at construction project sites

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Assistant Project Manager – MEP Execution to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites. The role involves ensuring timely project delivery, quality compliance, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring contractor performance across all MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of MEP works as per project schedule and specifications

• Coordinate with design, planning, QS, procurement, and site execution teams for smooth workflow

• Monitor daily progress of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works

• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, standards, and project timelines

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors for quality and safety compliance

• Review and track material approvals, inspections, and site clearances

• Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

• Coordinate with consultants for drawing clarifications and technical approvals

• Monitor manpower deployment and contractor productivity at site

• Assist in identifying execution risks and support mitigation planning

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety standards

• Support testing and commissioning activities of MEP systems

• Coordinate with civil teams for interface management between services

• Track execution issues and escalate delays to Project Manager when required

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MEP execution activities in high-rise residential/commercial projects

• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications

• Understanding of project scheduling and site coordination practices

• Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures

• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in construction projects

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Good problem-solving and reporting skills

• Ability to handle multiple site execution priorities effectively

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in High-Rise Residential / Real Estate Projects

• Experience coordinating with consultants and multiple contractors

• Exposure to testing & commissioning and project handover stages

• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project coordination tools
