Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for the position of Assistant Professor in Chemistry with a focus on IIT-JEE and NEET coaching. The role involves teaching core chemistry subjects including physical chemistry, creating and delivering structured curriculum for IIT-JEE and NEET preparation, conducting research to enhance teaching methodologies, and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence in national-level examinations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts, with specialization in areas such as Physical Chemistry
- Proficiency in Physics and Chemistry to align with IIT-JEE and NEET syllabus requirements
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to create structured lesson plans
- Ability to perform and apply Research in teaching practices to innovate and improve learning outcomes
- Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field; PhD preferred
- Proven teaching experience, particularly with a focus on competitive exam preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor students effectively
- Commitment to inspiring and supporting students in achieving their academic goals
