Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the BBA department at Universal Group of Institutions, located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Professor will deliver lectures and facilitate discussions in Business Administration subjects, prepare comprehensive course materials, assess student performance, guide research and projects, and provide academic counseling. They will engage in curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic programs. Participation in faculty and institutional initiatives will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Administration concepts with strong teaching, researching, and mentoring skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Skills in academic curriculum planning and development
- Ability to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment
- Proficiency in integrating technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom
- Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in teaching or academic research is an advantage
- Passion for developing future business leaders through dedicated teaching and mentorship
