Dy. Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) - Fast Growing Auto Sector Group (OEM)

Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition to lead a Fast-growing Auto sector group in recruitment function. The ideal candidate will design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, build a strong employer brand, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent from Auto sector companies. This role combines process optimization, data-driven decision making, and a passion for candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team (recruiters, coordinators, and TA operations) to meet hiring goals and service levels.
- Partner with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and skill requirements.
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies for both volume roles and critical/leadership positions.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, requisition management, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Create and manage efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric processes (ATS, CRM, interview kits, sourcing strategies).
- Ensure onboarding on scheduled plan.
- Develop and monitor metrics/KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, diversity metrics, offer acceptance rate).
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching on interviewing techniques, competency mapping, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and a seamless onboarding process.
- Manage senior-level executive searches in collaboration with leadership and external partners as needed.
- Oversee TA budget, vendor management, and agency partnerships; evaluate ROI of sourcing channels.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field with 10 -14 years of experience in talent acquisition experience with progressive responsibilities; 3+ years in people leadership or team management.
- Proven track record in hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations) and at various seniority levels (ranging from individual contributors to leadership).
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and present insights to leadership.
- Preferably from Auto sector (OEM) recruitment experience.
