Asst Merchandising Manager - Production and E Commerce Operations

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Merchandising and E-Commerce, located in Bellandur, Bengaluru (near Sakra World Hospital). This person will be responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce and product merchandising operations, managing inventory, repeat production, sourcing from vendors , order shipments and managing e-commerce listing and sales at various platforms. This role involves sourcing, costing, overseeing production as well as e-commerce operations of all platforms.

We are looking for freshers(with relevant internship experience) /someone with 1/2 year experience in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing , costing, negotiations and product development.
• Experience in Sales and Inventory Management.
• Good at managing numbers and working on excel sheet.
• Ability to manage Product Assortment effectively.
• Understanding of various e-commerce platforms - Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology and Merchandising from NIFT/ fashion college.
• Prior experience (full time or internships) in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
