This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Merchandising Manager - Production and E-Commerce Operations (Fresher). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting merchandise planning, managing inventory operations, overseeing product assortment, working on production workflows, and ensuring seamless e-commerce order fulfillment. The role also involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and contributing to sales and business growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Sales aptitude with the ability to support business growth and drive product performance
• Experience or interest in Inventory Management and operational processes for efficient order fulfillment
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Assortment management for maintaining a cohesive and appealing product portfolio
• Proficiency in collaboration and adaptability within fast-paced team environments
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage
