Role Overview
Company's textile division and N9, together, seek a suitable candidate to drive multi-channel marketing initiatives for their centralised marketing team. With 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in an ad agency, the person will be responsible for executing campaigns, conducting market research, creating content, analysing performance, and coordinating events. In this role, the individual needs to ensure seamless marketing operations by aligning efforts with business goals and supporting various teams in delivering meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Campaign Execution
- Implement marketing strategies across ATL and BTL
- Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors to develop branding collaterals, videos, product brochures, corporate gifts and digital assets
- Support branding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage and update digital channels like website, LinkedIn, email campaigns.
- Develop content (case studies, blogs, social media posts, pod casts, presentations) to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and optimize digital performance metrics
- Event & Exhibition Support
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Manage branding, and promotional materials for events.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
- Maintain a database of case studies, testimonials, and customer feedback.
- Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and R&D teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies for PR, advertising, design, and content.
- Oversee budget tracking, vendor management, and reporting.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing; prior experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content marketing, and event management.
- Hands-on experience in executing ATL, BTL, digital, and offline marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media, email marketing, website management, and digital analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
