About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and proactive Assistant Social Media Manager to support multiple hotel and resort brands in managing their digital presence. The ideal candidate should be fluent in trends, storytelling, and performance-driven content.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars for hotels and restaurants.
  • Coordinate content creation photoshoots, reels, influencer collaborations.
  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Schedule and monitor posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Track analytics and share insights for growth and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the design and client-servicing teams for approvals and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in social media marketing / content management.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Canva, Later, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and trend-spotting skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
