We are looking for a high-performing team member for driving Sales operations to meet target nos. for BAC for above territory. The team member shall report to leadership team for overall business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target by successfully driving salesfor Evaporative Cooling Towers, Fluid Coolers, Evaporative Condensers, Adiabatic & Dry Coolers across markets served.
- Ensure Bottom line and DSO in line with company norms
- Design & implement a strategic business plan to create a pipeline that covers the niche addressable clientele for BAC.
- Review & Pre-qualify Enquiry recd. from market. Making appropriate Product Selections, Techno-Commercial Proposals, technical & commercial compliance. Work closely with various stake holders to maintain a healthy win/quote ratio for above pipeline.
- Build & promote strong, long-lasting relationships with end users, designers & contractors by partnering with them, understanding their needs & making proposals meeting their specific requirements
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements
- B-Tech / Diploma
- Successful previous experience of sales(Products), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to self-development thru continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & effectively influence across all levels
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
