Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager with experience in Retail Interior Design / Fit-Out projects. The role involves supporting sales operations, handling client interactions, coordinating with design & production teams, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in generating and closing retail interior design projects
- Identify new business opportunities through client meetings, cold calls, exhibitions, and references
- Handle initial client discussions, requirement gathering, and site visits
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams for proposals and BOQs
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and commercial offers
- Support negotiations and ensure timely contract closures
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, brands, and architects
- Track sales leads, follow-ups, and update CRM/sales reports
- Monitor project handover from sales to execution team
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- 47 years of experience in Retail Interior / Fit-Out / Turnkey projects
- Strong understanding of retail stores, showrooms, malls, and commercial interiors
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation basics, and project costing
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with retail brands, QSRs, fashion outlets, or franchise stores
- Exposure to end-to-end sales cycle in interior projects
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Professional appearance and client-facing confidence
