Job Description

  • Tool Design & Development
    • Knowledge of tool processes and tool specifications
    • Proficiency in CAD software
    • Experience with manufacturing processes
    • Knowledge of CNC machining and specialized tooling technologies
  • New Product Development (NPD)
    • New project development at vendor end
    • Assisting vendors in document creation and updation
    • Regular follow‑up with vendors regarding part development
  • Process Knowledge
    • Welding process knowledge
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implementing and monitoring quality systems at vendor end
    • Monitoring SIAP quality control systems
    • Visiting vendors to witness trials and conduct accuracy checks
    • Ensuring tools produce components within specified tolerances
    • Conducting inspections, corrective actions, and troubleshooting
  • Drawing Interpretation
    • Understanding drawing requirements and quality standards
  • Supplier & Process Audits
    • Supplier system audit and process audit awareness
    • Strong audit knowledge
