Asst.Manager - Quality

Autocontrol Process Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. manufactures Sensing and Measuring instruments, Controlling equipment, Automation systems, and all related Accessories. This will consist of manufacturing and selling of products such as Pressure and temperature Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Level Gauges (Transparent, Reflex, Magnetic, etc.), RTDs and thermocouples, Thermowells, Valves, Manifolds, Tube fittings, Threaded Pipe fittings, Gauge Accessories, Flow elements (Orifice Plates, Carrier Flange Assemblies, etc.), Rotameters, Flow Meters & Gas Detectors.

Job Location: Ambernath, Mumbai

Designation: Asst.Manager / Manager - QA / QC

Responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for API India System / Product / Process Quality, driving a process-driven organization to achieve the specified dynamic business objective/results.
2. Hands-on experience in implementing the ISO 9001, EHS 14001, OSHAS 18001, ATEX, CE, and IECX standard requirements in the organization.
3. Developing and implementing quality standards.
4. Developing and implementing quality control and assurance systems.
5. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
6. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
7. Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
8. As per dynamic business requirements obtain the required Customer approval, Certification, etc., to achieve the AOP.
9. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
10. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
11. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
12. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
13. Take the lead on the Quality Change management activities in guidance with the Management team

Qualifications

Have done B. E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Quality Manager / Leadership, etc.,

Having good communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

Leadership skills.

Team Player.

Able to handle the pressure and ready to work on the set targets.
