Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for PEB projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams for seamless execution.

Site Management

  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Quality And Compliance

  • Ensure all PEB projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

Cost Management

  • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular cost analysis and reports to management.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Foster a collaborative and result-oriented work environment.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of PEB design, erection, and project execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
