Job Description
The role of an Innovation Planning Manager is to ensure landing of innovations on time in full. . Lead must be the supply chain face for holding network together for the category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and R&D teams continuously. In depth understanding is very critical for all the landing of projects along with stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the innovation and renovation networks as per the the Innoflex process of Unilever.
- Well versed with Project Management process and softwares like MS Projects etc.
- Hold individuals of network team accountable for their responsibilities & timely execution.
- Efficient Stakeholder management for smooth network/project execution.
- Understand the supplychain end to end for better understanding of constraints in network.

Experience Requirement
- Min 2 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Engineering /MBA in Supply Chain Management
