Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from outreach to execution and reporting. The role requires strong coordination skills, cost optimization mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Outreach
* Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand positioning
* Manage outreach across categories including:
Brand PR gifting
Barter collaborations
* UGC creators
* Maintain a strong influencer pipeline for ongoing campaigns
2. Coordination & Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, stylists and agencies
* Handle communication, negotiation, and onboarding
* Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and creators
* Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers
3. Cost Control & Budget Management
* Optimize cost per collaboration across categories
* Negotiate deliverables and commercials effectively
* Ensure maximum ROI on influencer spends
* Track and maintain budgets for campaigns
4. Campaign Execution
* Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
* Monitor content quality and alignment with brand guidelines
* Coordinate for approvals, revisions, and final publishing
* Ensure all commitments are delivered as per timelines
5. Reporting & Analysis
* Track campaign performance and key metrics
* Maintain detailed reports on:
* Number of creators onboarded
* Deliverables completed
* Campaign outcomes
* Product Status
* Share insights and recommendations for improvement
6. Events
* Execute Brand Events
* Grow offline Presence
* Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and offline activations
* Identify opportunities to expand offline presence across locations
* Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth execution
* Drive footfall, engagement, and sales through on-ground activities
* Track performance, manage budgets, and gather customer insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Number of influencers onboarded (category-wise targets)
* Cost efficiency per collaboration
* Timely execution of campaigns
* Quality and consistency of influencer content
* Reporting accuracy and insights provided
Skills & Requirements
* 35 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualities
* Strong network of influencers/creators
* Experience in fashion/lifestyle brands
* Proactive and problem-solving attitude
