Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (70%) along with supporting HR generalist functions (30%). The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Understand manpower requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare and release offer letters; manage onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring policies.
B. HR Generalist (30%)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in inhouse HRMS.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and ensure policy compliance.

Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in IT company
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling HRMS software
