Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Exports, located in Kottayam. Responsibilities include managing export operations, formulating business plans, navigating international trade regulations, and fostering global networks. The role involves overseeing the sales and marketing of products in international markets and ensuring compliance with trade and export policies. Building and maintaining relationships with overseas clients will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Export processes, International Trade, and global market regulations
• Proficiency in Business Planning and formulating strategies for market expansion
• International Business acumen, including the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships effectively
• Skills in Sales and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field
• Prior experience in exports and international business is an added advantage
