Key Result Area
- Managing the organizations TQM policy and facilitating various TQM concepts across all the TQM Circles in Plant.
- Establishing TQM practices in order to improve Over all Plant Effectiveness (OPE).
- Facilitate continuous improvement at shop floor through abnormality management, problem root cause identification and Kaizen culture.
- Prepare application and documentation to achieve Special TQM Achievement Award from JIPM.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Planning, Documentation, training and facilitation of TQM Activities mill wide.
- Advanced TQM Pillars activities implementation through TQM Sub-Committees and TPM Circles as per TQM Master Plan.
- Co-ordination with all 10 Sub-Committees and TQM Consultant.
- Organizing periodic consultation sessions of TQM Consultant from Japan.
- Training and Guiding TPM Circle members on TQM Concepts, problem solving tools, Kaizens, One Point Lessons and implementation of Pillar Activities. Coaching, reinforcement and following up.
- Assisting in preparing power point presentations of respective pillars and Departments.
