Basic knowledge of Depository Operations is essential, along with maintaining quality process checks.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being an effective team player, are important for success in this role.
Keeping track of the all the Operational Regulatory requirements, analyse the requirements and ensure timely implementation of regulatory directives in various Operational areas.
Escalate matters not meeting the regulatory timelines or not in line with the Regulatory directive.
Study the SEBI circulars/ Letters, anticipate the system/process changes, discuss with the concerned user team, provide comments/suggestions, plan for implementation of the directive etc.
Handling SEBI Inspections and Audit Inspections by Collaborating with all operations functional heads to compile PIQs (Pre-Inspection Questionnaires) received from regulators
Maintain and update Regulatory-related Action Taken Reports (ATRs) and coordinate with operations functional heads.
Create Management Information Systems (MIS) and reports, sharing them promptly with internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintaining all relevant data and email trails for future reference.
Coordinate with other Departments on the various Operational aspects and Regulatory actionable pertaining to Operations.
