About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and articulate Consumer Insights & Communication Analyst to transform data into compelling narratives that strengthen relationships with our key customers across QSRs, HoReCa, and large food & beverage manufacturers.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, consumer understanding, and strategic communication. The objective is to ensure that insights derived from commercial data, service metrics, and consumer feedback are translated into clear internal actions and impactful external communication.
You will help position the company not just as an ingredient supplier, but as a solution partner backed by intelligence and proactive engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Consumer Insights Generation
- Analyse sales trends, portfolio mix, margin performance, and consumer buying patterns
- Identify growth pockets, portfolio gaps, and white-space opportunities
- Track service performance, complaints, and operational metrics to uncover insight themes
- Build structured customer segmentation frameworks
Insight-to-Communication Translation
- Develop executive-ready insight decks for Business Reviews and customer reviews
- Craft customer-specific narratives around performance, growth, and innovation
- Convert data into clear, persuasive, and commercially meaningful stories
- Prepare insight notes and briefing documents for leadership interactions
Strategic Customer Communication
- Support structured Business Reviews
- Design customer performance scorecards
- Develop proactive communication templates (service updates, improvement actions, performance summaries)
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to strengthen strategic engagement
Voice of Consumer & Market Intelligence
- Consolidate and analyse consumer feedback
- Identify recurring themes across QSR, HoReCa, and manufacturing segments
- Track industry trends and competitive movements
- Feed insights into innovation team
Internal Alignment & Enablement
- Translate consumer signals into clear internal action points
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and NPD to close insight loops
- Support bid proposals with insight-driven positioning
- Create standardized communication frameworks across key accounts

Education
- MBA (Marketing / Strategy / Communications / Analytics) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, Economics, Statistics, or related field
Experience
- 24 years in Consumer Insights, Commercial Strategy, Business Analytics, or B2B Communications
- Experience in Food Ingredients, FMCG, Manufacturing, or institutional B2B preferred
- Exposure to enterprise clients preferred
