Job Description

  • Loan Assessment: You'll be responsible for assessing loan proposals to ensure they align with the company's credit policy.
  • Process Management: Manage the quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals and engage with relevant authorities to get loans approved.
  • Collaboration: Assist business, operations, and clients to ensure a smooth and effective loan closure process.
  • Policy & Strategy: Provide regular input to help create or refine the credit policy and drive other risk or credit-related initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and track the health and performance of the loan portfolio and manage delinquency.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk and credit practices in line with the company's Risk Policy framework.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Use your knowledge of local markets, key industries, and acceptable collateral to assess risk.
