• Candidate should be graduate/CAIIB/MBA.
• Should have 5 years of experience in Sahakari bank.
• Age should not be more than 40.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy and market analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated on industry trends to develop strategic growth plans.
- Lead generation and prospecting: Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and other channels to build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Sales and negotiation: Develop compelling business proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align on strategies and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Performance monitoring: Track key metrics, evaluate performance against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Partnership development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to expand market reach and offerings.
