What will you contribute
Reporting to the
Director, the
Associate PMO is a dedicated role responsible for representing customer interests during the agile application development process. The Associate PMO works with Product Managers who have defined features and translates their product vision in to production reality.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Your deliverables as a
Associate PMO will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Resource Planning & Capacity Management tracking & reporting
- Release Management tracking & reporting
- Creating & Maintaining release artifacts
- Vendor Management - Resourcing & Onboarding process adherence, Vendor risk management, vendor invoicing
- Best Practices & Process Implementation
- Provide Management Reports
- Co-ordinate across different teams, groups, and units
- Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree
- Presentation and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build partnerships with senior leaders across a variety of groups throughout Finastra
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical teams, including with remote teams and external partners
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
