We are looking for a seasoned Training Leader to drive large-scale transformation across global voice operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business-aligned training, performance improvement, and CX excellence.
What You'll Drive
- Lead and execute global training strategy aligned to business goals and operational KPIs
- Own end-to-end training lifecycle across large international voice BPO operations
- Build scalable, standardized training frameworks across multiple geographies
- Partner with operations to improve CSAT, Quality, AHT, and productivity
- Drive onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs
- Own training P&L, cost optimization, and ROI
- Influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in Training within international Voice BPO / CX operations
- Proven experience managing large, multi-location training teams
- Strong understanding of CX metrics & operational performance drivers
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and business impact through training
- Experience in driving AI / tech-led learning transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
