Delivery & Program Leadership
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale IT programs
• Ensure delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk parameters
• Define governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
• Drive Agile/Hybrid methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build and manage relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor ensuring high client satisfaction
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell
Technology & Transformation
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including Cloud, Data, AI/ML
• Oversee architecture, solution design, and technical roadmaps
• Drive automation, DevOps adoption, and process optimization
• Work on domain-specific solutions such as agri-tech (preferred)
Financial & Operational Management
• Own P&L, revenue targets, margins, and cost optimization
• Manage demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
