Job Description
- Strong proficiency in Python
- 15+ years of experience in automation or software development
- 15+ years of experience in wireless protocol testing (2G, 4G and/or 5G)
- In-depth understanding of various wireless test equipment like UE Simulators, Channel emulators, core simulators and drive test tools like XCAL, Temps etc.
- In-depth knowledge of network automation frameworks (Ansible, SaltStack, Chef)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Terraform)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- DevOps principles and practices
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, optimized infrastructure solutions
- Adherence to standard coding guidelines and review processes

- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Python libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Responsibilities
- As Associate Vice President you will be responsible for managing resources across projects. Also, you will take part in project planning and coordination, as they set timelines, allocate tasks, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee the complete team performance, take care of appraisals and mentor managers. You will communicate with senior management and stakeholders, aligning team efforts with business objectives. You will handle conflict resolution and foster collaboration between teams.
- Analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner
- Analyze the reported field issues and provide periodic inputs to Development team on areas of concerns and improvements
- Work with the automation team to enhance the test coverage periodically based on the field observations. Define the automation roadmap for all product lines proactively. Generate periodic KPI reports for QA team highlighting the resource utilization across different test activities and the effectiveness of QA team in detecting system issues/failures earlier in the product lifecycle
- Work with various T&M Vendors to resolve concerns/enhancements required to improve the test effectiveness
- Closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing
- Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: 20+ years experience from Telecommunication/Networking/Wireless background.
- Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree

Tejas Networks provides scalable and innovative 4G/5G solutions. Our portfolio encompasses Radio Access Network solutions including Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) or Radio Units (RUs), Massive MIMO Radios (Advanced Antenna Systems, AAS) and Base Band Units (BBUs), Distributed Units (DUs) and Centralized Units (CUs), Mobile Packet Core and an Advanced Network management solution.
