Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit card sales
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to credit card sales
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively
