YOUR NEW ROLE

• Translate business requirements into functional specification documentation
  

• Understand business need, challenges and their processes to develop a fit for purpose solution, i.e. analytic use case and/or dashboard design, addressing their problems in relations to driving business outcome
  

• Identify and document business metrics, working to standardise data sources and definitions.
  

• Responsible for developing relevant documentation including initiative scope, plans, status update, backlogs, and risk/issue as required
  

• Collaborate with team members and input into the build of data assets that supports dashboard output.
  

• Provide consultation to business stakeholders, understand their business needs, challenges and processes to shape and define the initiative scope.
  

• 8+ years of working experience in data analytics and reporting in one or more of the following functions: credit risk, collections, hardship, call centres in financial institution/banking industry
  

• Strong analytical capability, with close attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot problems & codes
  

• Clear experience of Agile behaviours, principles, tools and techniques.
  

• Hands on experience in SQL and SAS.
  

• Data visualisation and story telling experience using Power BI
  

• Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
