8- 12 years of total experience and Min 2 years of AOM experience is essential including:-
Initial deployment of AOM disciplines
AOM line management
AOM Practitioner Certified (or equivalent) preferred
Experience in leadership coaching role
Experience in Operations leadership role
Essential capabilities
o Extensive experience (knowledge and successful practical application) of AOM using Workware / Control IQ
o Learning agility: will be required to quickly establish deep understanding different business units and internal processes
o Advanced data analytics skills: ability to interrogate data for key insights and recommendations.
o Experienced in senior stakeholder engagement; excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
o Delivery of targeted efficiency benefits that are attributed to improved management of operations (Reduced Cost Base, Improved Leader Maturity in Ops management improved Service outcomes.)
o Results oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities with focus on quality and detail.
