Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Generating incremental revenue for the business, by way of bringing new customers and sweating existing accounts for more business. Revenue here shall arise on account of concluding NCD issuances with corporates.
  • Ability to understand business models, underlying capital requirements and be able to propose financing solutions thataddress needs of customers.
  • Take complete ownership of the customer journey through the sales cycle Originating demand, underwriting with support of the credit team and concluding documentation.
  • Ability to negotiate the right contracts and price that maximises outcomes for the organization.
  • Represent Yubi as a market leader in Corporate credit across forums and to customers/other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Someone who enjoys client facing responsibilities and the challenges/growth opportunities that it offers.
  • Possess 4-7 years experience in Structured finance, Due-diligence, Sales with credit funds/ BFSI ecosystem/ wealthadvisory businesses.
  • Have a penchant for numbers and the ability to spot patterns.
  • Strong fundamentals on credit/underwriting to form quick views on financing structures.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Be willing to travel to manage customers across locations.
  • Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Post graduate in business
