We are seeking an experienced and hands-on technical leader for our Generative AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and production-level AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and hands-on execution of ML / Generative AI projects end to end
- Mentor a team of ML and backend engineers
- Oversee the development of cutting-edge generative AI applications
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and deploying ML / AI applications
- Experience managing and mentoring ML / AI Engineers is good to have
- Proven expertise in NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI
- Strong background in building and deploying production-grade Python ML services
- Proficiency in prompting techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and LLM serving frameworks
- Hands-on experience with: Strong experience with any SQL database. NoSQL experience is good to have.
- Experience with ElasticSearch or any other search database is a strong preference.
- Experience with atleast any one of Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Django.
- Experience with atleast any one ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn
- Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen is good to have.
- Familiarity with Python backend development and relevant application architectures
