What You Will Do:

Product Development: Work with Engineering and Design to build seamless, customer-centric

payment gateway products.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to

execute payment strategy effectively.

Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy and roadmaps for payment gateway solutions

aligned with the company's vision.

Conceptualization: Lead data-driven product development, focusing on innovative and scalable

payment solutions.

Go-to-Market: Plan and execute successful product launches with a focus on payment gateway

offerings.

What You Will Need:

7+ years of product management experience with a B. Tech or equivalent experience

Good understanding of API functioning and integration in payments system.

At least 5+ yrs of experience working with tech teams to design product solutions for better

market fit.

Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment

Experience working closely with UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer first products

Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs, especially in an ambiguous environment.

Deep analytical skills that use structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and

improve business decision making and able to extract data.

Have a passion for product with customer-first & business-first thinking.
