The candidate will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting operations of the company
This role will oversee the accounting and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the organization's financial performance
He/She will also manage the company's financial risk, cash flow, and financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and goals.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting & analysis to stakeholders and executive management.
Identify companys potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Develop AOP and manage financial KPIs, budgeting framework and MIS models.
Monitor and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flows, fund flow management, payment reconciliations and general ledger.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
Payroll - Ensuring that the payroll & incentives are processed as per timelines and the statutory payments (PF, ESIC, and TDS) are complied within the due dates.
Job Requirements
Qualified CA with minimum 12 years of total experience and at least 5 years of experience in leadership position
Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make recommendations based on findings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Experience in a public company and with mergers and acquisitions is an added advantage.
