Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting operations of the company
  • This role will oversee the accounting and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the organization's financial performance
  • He/She will also manage the company's financial risk, cash flow, and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting & analysis to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Identify companys potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop AOP and manage financial KPIs, budgeting framework and MIS models.
  • Monitor and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flows, fund flow management, payment reconciliations and general ledger.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
  • Payroll - Ensuring that the payroll & incentives are processed as per timelines and the statutory payments (PF, ESIC, and TDS) are complied within the due dates.
Job Requirements
  • Qualified CA with minimum 12 years of total experience and at least 5 years of experience in leadership position
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience in a public company and with mergers and acquisitions is an added advantage.
  • Age - up to 45 years
