JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
Gametion is looking for an Associate User Acquisition Manager who can look into user acquisition and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be an analytical individual who will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns as well as coordinate creative development and program execution. This role is well suited for those who are analytically strong and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage all mobile and web campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms (e.g. iOS, Google Play, Amazon, Facebook); implement daily and weekly changes to active ad campaigns
- Monitor, optimize and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct data analysis and make decisions accordingly to make acquisitions.
- Identify targeting segmentation, creative solutions to improve acquisition performance.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Provide insightful analysis of our UA spend and its results.
- Regularly generate growth focused ideas and hypotheses, and then rigorously test them.
- Work with senior management to drive UA strategy
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Apps/ gaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, working with, and maximizing current and new mobile user acquisition platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Snap, UAC, Apple Search, a wide range of ad networks.
- Experience scaling UA campaigns worldwide
- Passion for mobile games is a must
- Strong Excel and SQL skills required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience scaling annual UA budgets from launch to growth to maturity
- Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- Prior game industry experience is a plus.
