Job Title: Training Architect

Department/Function: Customer Experience

Job Purpose

The Training Architect is responsible for designing and optimizing training processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. This role focuses on streamlining training operations, enhancing content delivery workflows, and leveraging technology to improve turnaround times and training impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Training Process Standardization & Optimization
  • Develop and implement standardized training workflows to ensure consistency across geographies and business units.
  • Establish clear guidelines, checklists, and best practices for training execution, ensuring minimal friction between content creation, approval, and deployment.
  • Reduce training development cycle times by 30-40% through efficient process redesign, automation, and better cross-team collaboration.
  • Implement a structured training request intake and prioritization system to align training efforts with business needs and urgency.
  • Technology Enablement & Automation
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage LMS, LCMS, AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and content delivery platforms to improve training efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the content development-to-deployment pipeline and introduce automation for faster review and approvals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of training platforms with HR systems, CRM, knowledge management tools, and other business systems.
  • Drive adoption of AI-based content tagging, auto-translation, and metadata standardization for faster content retrieval and reusability.
  • Collaboration with Content Teams for Faster Turnaround
  • Partner with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and content teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement structured workflows that improve productivity.
  • Establish clear SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for content development, review, and publishing, ensuring a 25-30% reduction in time-to-market for training content.
  • Develop a feedback loop to capture content team challenges and continuously refine processes for smoother execution.
  • Multi-Portal Content Distribution & Compliance
  • Streamline content deployment across multiple LMSs, internal knowledge bases, customer-facing portals, and third-party platforms.
  • Implement one-click content publishing mechanisms that eliminate manual efforts and reduce content upload time by 40%.
  • Ensure all training content complies with regulatory, industry, and internal branding standards.
  • Data-Driven Training Performance Measurement
  • Define and track KPIs like training completion rates, knowledge retention scores, engagement analytics, and training impact on performance.
  • Leverage data dashboards and predictive analytics to optimize training programs based on learner behavior and feedback.
  • Conduct regular post-training impact assessments to measure effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Scalability
  • Drive quarterly process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop a scalable training architecture that can support rapid business growth, global expansion, and evolving skill requirements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce best-in-class training methodologies, AI-driven learning models, and workflow automation.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
