Job Description

  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team . Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales ecosystem.
  • This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hinng the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes
  • Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Desirable control span of 150-200 personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have direct sales experience with large control span .Should have excellent leadership & people management skills.
  • Should have proven record of leading high aggressive and target oriented team Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient.
  • Preferable sectors: Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any other direct retail B-2-C profile.
