Job Title: Sales Telecaller/Sales Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct B2B cold calling and generate qualified leads.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule and participate in virtual client meetings.
• Maintaining sales pipeline through CRM.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate our services/solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in converting leads.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Consistently achieve assigned calling, meeting, and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling and virtual meetings.
• Prior experience in handling B2B clients is mandatory.
• Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech.
• Prior experience in IPR sales/telecalling will be a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
