As an Associate Test Director at Happiest Minds, you will be responsible for leading the quality engineering initiatives across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure their professional growth.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability and design.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.

Skills And Tools Required

• Strong experience in software testing, including functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
• Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation is beneficial.
