Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers and generate the leads.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships over the phone .
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services .
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
Achieve individual and team sales, retention, or service targets .
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM systems .
Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines .
Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline 03 years of experience in Insurance, sales, or relationship management Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or telecom.
Good verbal communication skills in English + Any two regional Language
