Role Overview
The Delta Data Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for FUNDLinx and UNDLinx applications, ensuring seamless client onboarding, system stability, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise across application servers, Citrix environments, Kubernetes deployments, and Azure cloud technologies, combined with excellent client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Integration
- o Act as the integration specialist for UNDLinx client onboarding.
- o Manage application server and Citrix server configurations.
- o Deploy and maintain Kubernetes environments for application hosting.
- Software Installation & Upgrades
- o Serve as the key resource for FUNDLinx software installations and upgrades in client-hosted and on-premises environments.
- System Operations & Change Control
- o Create and manage tickets for System Operations and Change Control processes.
- o Maintain accurate documentation for all changes and incidents.
- Database & Security Management
- o Configure Oracle security profiles and perform expert-level SQL operations.
- o Manage FUNDLinx Security Manager configurations.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise
- o Utilize Azure services for application hosting and support.
- o Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Custom Development & Reporting
- o Develop FUNDLinx custom reports and stored procedures.
- o Provide SQL Developer and Microsoft Access support for client reporting needs.
- Application Support & Remediation
- o Perform general application configuration and troubleshooting.
- o Resolve Citrix connectivity issues for end-users.
- On-Call & Client Engagement
- o Participate in on-call support rotation across all levels.
- o Engage in client meetings and deliver consultant-level problem resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Awareness in Citrix server administration and troubleshooting.
- Some experience with SQL Developer and Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of FUNDLinx and UNDLinx application environments.
- Ability to create technical documentation and manage change control processes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle critical issues under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or investment management systems.
- Familiarity with application security best practices and compliance standards.
