Associate Technical Writer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Technical Writer located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Associate Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, product descriptions, and other written content. Day-to-day tasks include researching complex technical concepts, converting them into user-friendly documentation, proofreading existing materials, and contributing to the development of content strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong Technical Writing and Documentation skills, including creating user guides, manuals, and detailed product descriptions
• Content Strategy and Research expertise to develop high-quality, user-focused materials
• Proofreading and Editing skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in technical documents
• Ability to analyze and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or other documentation software
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong time management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with software documentation or technical communication is a plus
