Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Associate Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology professionals. You will work closely with senior/ Lead recruiters to source candidates, screen profiles, and manage interview logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Find potential tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Dice, Naukri, Monster), and social media.

Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and follow-ups.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and daily trackers.

Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a positive experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Market Research: Develop a basic understanding of IT skills, programming languages, and tech trends.

Targets: Work toward daily/weekly hiring targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (HR, Psychology, IT, or Business preferred).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Mindset: Goal-driven, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles is a plus.

Tools: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and social media platforms.
