We are seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager (EG) to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating technical projects, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Track project progress and performance, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
